    As a systems engineer with a background in electrical engineering, I've channeled my technical expertise into a passion for empowering others. As Founder and CEO of AllStar Imagination, I'm committed to creating innovative solutions that help communities thrive and reach their full potential.

    Terrence Thompson, Mechanical Engineer, Emerging Technology Education Chair

    Terrence Thompson is a firm believer that one’s future is determined by the habits they keep and cultivate life in. After obtaining his bachelors degree from Tennessee State University, Terrence has spent the last ten years as a mechanical engineer solving complex nuanced issues on a day to day basis for NSWC Crane.

    JoAnne Alston, CPA Finance Chair

    JoAnne Alston, CPA, is the Owner and Lead Advisor of Mer-Fi Advisory, a CFO advisory and business growth firm serving small businesses nationwide. She is a graduate of Kent State University with both a B.A. in Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) and a Master of Accountancy (Assurance & Tax Research), JoAnne has spent more than a decade sharpening her expertise across public accounting, internal audit, and multi-sector financial management, including for-profit, nonprofit, and government contracting environments.

    Kenneth Wilson Jr COMMUNITY OUTREACH

    Kenneth Wilson Junior, is international engineer, from Dallas, Texas. He is passionate about making positive changes in his community. He currently support Calibration at NSWC Crane as a Government Contractor in Indiana.

    Kenneth has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS In Industrial & Systems Engineering.

    Desmond R. Jones Computer Engineer

    Desmond R. Jones, from South Holland, IL, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, a Master’s in Engineering Management, and a Master’s in Business Administration. He currently works as an Engineering Manager at UTEC and serves as an adjunct professor at Indiana Tech. Desmond is also the CEO of Abundant Faith Technologies, with experience in engineering, leadership, and technology.
